Rodriguez Junior High | Arlington, TX
Pressure washed all flatwork areas surrounding the property, totaling over 100,000 square feet.
Sunshine Exteriors was subcontracted to complete a large-scale exterior cleaning project at Joey Rodriguez Junior High, servicing over 100,000 square feet of concrete flatwork surrounding the campus.
With students scheduled to return in just three days, the timeline was extremely tight. Our team developed a strategic execution plan to ensure the entire project was completed efficiently, safely, and without interfering with final construction activities on site.
To meet the deadline, we operated overnight shifts, allowing us to maximize productivity while avoiding daytime congestion from other trades preparing the campus for reopening. Using commercial-grade surface cleaners and high-capacity pressure washing equipment, we systematically cleaned sidewalks, entryways, courtyards, and all high-traffic concrete areas to remove construction debris, dirt buildup, tire marks, and surface staining.
Our focus was not just speed, but quality and safety. Every section was thoroughly cleaned and rinsed to ensure a uniform, professional finish—creating a clean, welcoming environment for students and staff returning for the first day of school.
The project was completed on schedule, delivering a fully restored and prepared campus just in time for reopening.
